Joan Phillips

Joan oversees KnowCyber’s operations and leads initiatives to shape, expand, and promote KnowCyber’s offerings. As an instructional development and communications professional, she oversees the learning product design, development, and delivery activities. Previously, she held leadership roles in program management, marketing, instructional development, and publications design and development. She has worked with professional and executive development organizations and with academic partnerships including ESI International and The George Washington University (GW) School of Business and GW Law School, IPS Learning and the Stanford University School of Engineering, the U.S. Strategic Leadership Center, and Meridian International Center. She has also designed and developed online learning products for the United Nations and for various U.S. government agencies.
