Dino Pearson is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people operations. Dino currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Knowde, where they are responsible for category creation and building the world's largest B2B marketplace. Prior to this, Dino worked at Cruise as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and later as a Sr. Technical Recruiting Consultant, specializing in AI. Dino also founded and managed CACCIA Talent LLC as the Managing Partner/Founder. Dino has held various roles as a Sr. Technical Recruiting Consultant at companies such as Roadster, PAX Labs, JUUL Labs, and Imperfect Foods, SPC. Dino has also worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant at Ample Foods and Barn & Willow. Dino's experience also includes serving as the Head of Talent at Strava, a social network for athletes.
