Katri Lahtinen

Katri Lahtinen is an experienced service designer, currently working at Knowit since March 2022, focusing on service design consulting for the Finnish Digital and Population Data Services Agency. Prior to this role, Katri worked for the City of Vantaa from August 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included planning and facilitating design sprints in the Talent Vantaa project and managing the New Employment Paths for International Talents project. Katri's previous experience includes project specialist roles at Uudenmaan ELY-keskus, focusing on digital services for immigrants and support for family group homes. Katri also held managerial and designer roles in the At Work in Finland project, aimed at developing orientation courses for newly arrived immigrants, and worked as a consultant at Rambøll Management Consulting for nearly eight years. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Geography from the University of Helsinki and a degree in Service Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
