Chaithanya Chandran

Chaithanya Chandran has work experience in human resources, starting with Telligent Support LLP in 2018, where they held the position of Human Resources Executive until 2019. In 2019, they joined Knowledge Lens as a Human Resources Executive and later progressed to Senior Human Resources Executive. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Human Resource Executive at Knowledge Lens.

Chaithanya Chandran completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in HR and Marketing from Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, Mangalore, from 2016 to 2018. In addition, Chaithanya has obtained certifications in various HR-related areas, including an Executive Development Program in HRM from XLRI PGDM (GM) (expected in 2023), HR Analytics using MS Excel for Human Resource Management from Udemy (2022), and Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn (2021).
