Matthew Pledger

Matthew Pledger is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in developing algorithms and data analytics. Currently serving at Knowledge Management, Inc. since January 2019, Pledger has created algorithms in Python that enable the accurate obligation of funding for the transportation of United States Marine Corps material globally. Prior to this role, Pledger worked at Paragon Technology Group and contributed to analytics projects at North Carolina State University, holding the title of M.S. Candidate in Analytics. Pledger possesses multiple SAS certifications, demonstrating proficiency in data programming and predictive modeling. Earlier career roles include serving as a Counterterrorism Analyst at ManTech and an Operations Officer in the Army National Guard. Pledger holds a Master of Science in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
