Training & Support Manager at KnowledgeLake

Daniel Boyher has had a diverse range of work experience. Daniel started their career at CompUSA as a Merchandiser, where they maintained the appearance of the sales floor and assisted customers. Daniel then moved on to Expo Design Center, where they worked as a Lighting Backstock employee, responsible for organizing and maintaining the lighting stockroom.

In 2010, Daniel joined KnowledgeLake and held several roles within the company. Daniel started as a Level 2 Support Team Lead, overseeing the support ticket process. Daniel then transitioned to a Product Manager position, where they managed the product development life cycle and worked closely with engineers, customers, marketing, and sales. Daniel prioritized product requirements, managed the product backlog, and collaborated with QA staff.

In their subsequent role as a Support Manager, Daniel handled customer escalations and ensured unhappiness was addressed promptly. Daniel then served as Training Manager, playing a key role in replacing classroom training with video content and creating training materials for the company's Learning Management System and Knowledge Base. Currently, Daniel is the Training & Support Manager at KnowledgeLake, responsible for overseeing training, support, and technical product documentation, as well as assisting with customer-facing materials.

Daniel Boyher attended St. Louis Community College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Fine Arts degree with a focus on General Transfer Studies. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they attended ITT Technical Institute, where they studied Multimedia and Graphic Design, but did not obtain a degree. In July 2010, they obtained a certification in CDIA+ from CompTIA.
