Sara Altschul

Sara Altschul has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law and compliance. Sara is currently serving as the EVP, General Counsel & Partner for Known, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to joining Known, Sara held the role of EVP & General Counsel at Known starting from February 2021. Before their time at Known, they were the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Travel Leaders Group from August 2017 to February 2021, where they oversaw legal affairs for the international travel company. Sara also served as the SVP & General Counsel at PR Newswire from August 2010 to August 2016, where they managed international M&A, risk management, cyber security, and regulatory investigations. Sara began their legal career as an Associate at McDermott, Will & Emery, specializing in corporate transactions.

Sara Altschul holds a B.A. degree from Barnard College. Additionally, they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Tulane University Law School.
