Tania Jadhav has over 12 years of professional experience in the field of product management, production, conference management, conference production, events production, business analysis, and quality analysis. Tania began their career in 2008 as a Quality Analyst at Mainstay Teleservices Pvt Ltd. In 2010, they moved to naseba as a Senior Business Analyst (Sales). Tania then joined Fleming Gulf in 2012 as an Events Producer. In 2014, they were hired by UBM plc as a Senior Producer - Training & Conference. In 2016, they became a Conference Producer (Middle East & Africa) at Alain Charles Publishing. In 2018, they were hired as a Production Manager at ODO and as a Conference Manager (India) at SCI MMACTIVAL. In 2020, they were hired as an Executive Producer at Maharajas of Scale and as the Director of Product Management at Knowtified.
