Evan Crass

Evan Crass has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Evan started their career in 2002 as a Senior Consultant at ADI Consulting, where they managed multiple clients and provided custom solutions. In 2007, they joined New Century Mortgage Corporation as a Statistical Analysis, Principal, responsible for conducting routine and ad hoc statistical analyses. Evan later served as the Chief Financial Officer at Graysplint, Inc. and TPS3, LLC, where they contributed to the development of spinoff companies and assisted in financial management. Evan also worked as the Associate Pastor of Groups at Faith Promise Church, where they implemented strategies to increase organization's connection and hosted conferences. Evan has held leadership positions at Knox Area Rescue Ministries, KARM Stores, SMCo Thrift LLC, and KnoxWorx, focusing on partner engagement, business development, and board membership. Additionally, they founded Activ8 Consulting in 2002 and provided strategic contracting services to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Overall, Evan Crass has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth and effectiveness in various roles throughout their career.

Evan Crass pursued an MBA in New Ventures and Finance at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Virginia Tech from 1995 to 1998. In addition, they hold certifications as a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 and SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9, obtained in 2006.
