Dan Spaulding

Chief People Officer, Zillow Group, Seattle, Washington. Spaulding received an MS in human resources and industrial relations from the University of Illinois. Before joining Zillow, Spaulding was Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. stores and retail operations at Starbucks, overseeing 140,000 employees across the country. Prior to that, he worked at Life Technologies and Dell, Inc., which included an expatriate assignment in China.
