Marc Burns

Marc Burns is the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering at KNØX, where the engineering team develops software for discovery, analysis, and management of machine-originated risk. Prior to this role, Marc worked as a Principal Software Developer focusing on managing machine-originated risk. With a background in software development, Marc has experience working at companies such as Self-employed, D2L, Beatlight Inc, and the Institute for Quantum Computing. Marc holds a Bachelor of Mathematics with Honours in Joint Computer Science and Combinatorics & Optimization from the University of Waterloo.
