Satya Purohit

Satya Purohit has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Satya is currently working at Knox Networks as the VP of Infrastructure Engineering & Interbank Head, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Infrastructure Engineering & SRE at Knox Networks from February 2022 to July 2022.

Before joining Knox Networks, Satya worked at SWIFT for a significant portion of their career. Their roles at SWIFT include Head of Cloud COE and Infrastructure Architecture from June 2020 to February 2022, Head of Architecture - Infrastructure & ITSM from April 2017 to May 2020, Head of Security Technology & Infrastructure Security from November 2015 to March 2017, Manager - SOC Engineering & Tier-2,3 from June 2014 to October 2015, Manager - Reliability Assurance from March 2012 to May 2014, and Software Dev Manager - Network Mgmt, VPN Extranet, DNS from June 2004 to March 2012.

Satya also gained experience at various other companies earlier in their career. Satya served as an Architect at Network Mantra Inc from 2001 to 2003, a Consultant at Uniplus Inc from April 1997 to February 2001, a Principal Network Engineer at Unisys from 1996 to 1997, a Consultant at Covansys in 1996, a Consultant at Syntel Inc from 1994 to 1995, and a Software Engineer at Tata Infotech from 1989 to 1994.

Throughout their career, Satya has demonstrated expertise in infrastructure engineering, cloud architecture, security technology, reliability assurance, SOC engineering, and software development, among other areas. Satya has led global teams, implemented various technologies, and contributed to the optimization and improvement of IT systems and operations.

Satya Purohit attended the Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication.
