Ben Fuchs focuses on representing whistleblowers in complex litigation concerning insurance fraud and unfair business practices committed by healthcare providers, clinics, management services organizations, and their conspirators.
Before joining Knox Ricksen, Ben spent approximately four years representing employees and unions for a leading worker-side labor and employment law firm. In this capacity, Ben prosecuted wage-and-hour violations, worker misclassification, and workplace safety issues in state and federal courts as well as before various state and federal administrative agencies. Ben earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School, graduating with Order of the Barristers honors for excellence in oral and written advocacy. He also gained significant litigation and investigative experience while in law school, clerking for a leading New Orleans plaintiffs’ boutique, the U.S. EPA, and a Malawian non-governmental organization targeting violations at a major uranium mine.
