Blake L. currently serves as the VP of Delivery at Knox Systems, Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, Blake L. was a Senior Lead Information Security Engineer at Lumen Technologies from April 2021 to July 2025, where significant achievements included leading the first FedRAMP authorization for the Cloud Contact Center – Federal product and developing the GRC strategy. Between January 2015 and April 2021, Blake L. worked as the Manager of Security & GRC at CoSo Cloud, LLC, focusing on security measures and implementing a security program based on the SANS Critical Security Controls. Earlier experience includes serving as the Lead Systems Engineer for Managed Technology Solutions at LexisNexis from July 2007 to December 2014, providing architecture and support for cloud services to top law firms, and as a Sr Systems Engineer/Consultant at Information Control Corporation from January 2003 to January 2007, overseeing infrastructure operations and project leadership in system implementation.
