Elly Shaw

Elly Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elly started their career at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics in 2013, where they held the positions of Director of Organizational Excellence and later Director of Quality & Risk Management, Compliance & Privacy Officer. In 2017, Elly became a Co-Owner of Kone Korner. In 2022, they joined Signature Performance, Inc. as a Senior Compliance Manager. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, Elly worked as the Director of Operations & Volunteer Services at Children's Cancer Connection.

Elly Shaw earned a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Waldorf University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Grand View University. Alongside their academic achievements, Elly also holds several certifications in the healthcare field. In May 2019, they became Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB). Additionally, in October 2016, Elly obtained the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) designation from the National Association for Healthcare Quality. In the same year, they also achieved the Patient-Centered Medical Home Expert Certification (PCMH CCE) from the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
