Maleha Alfoudari

Maleha Alfoudari serves as the CEO of HCIH Coaching since July 2024, focusing on leadership and wellbeing coaching for organizations and individuals. Additionally, Maleha has held the role of Team Leader in Procurement at Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) since October 2006 and serves as the President of the ICF Kuwait Chapter since January 2021. Educationally, Maleha has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University and a Professional Diploma in Positive Health and Organizational Leadership from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
