Caroline Pauw

Caroline Pauw has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as Office Manager at KNVB since December 2010, after previous work as an Assistant of the Competition Planner from 2004 to 2010. Prior to their tenure at KNVB, Caroline worked at Kenteq as a Quality Employee and Internal Auditor from 2002 to 2004, and at SOM Opleidingen Metaal as Secretary of O&B/Quality from 2000 to 2002. Caroline’s career began at Bel Nederland BV, where responsibilities included Logistics and Head of Internal Affairs from 1992 to 2000, and as Group Leader at KDV De Blauwe Vogel from 1984 to 1990. Educational background includes obtaining an HBO degree in Youth Welfare Work from Kohnstamm Academie in Amsterdam (1979-1983) and completing VWO-B with a focus on multiple subjects at Thorbecke Scholengemeenschap (1971-1977).
