Jasper Beekwilder-Janson

Jasper Beekwilder-Janson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jasper is currently the Head of Technology at KNVB since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at iTango as an Interim CTO and Owner, where they guided teams through change and implemented digital business strategies. Jasper also served as an Interim Lead Customer, Settlement & Markets and Programma Manager Digitale Transformatie. Earlier in their career, Jasper held positions such as Head of Technology at RNHB, IT Lead / Associate Director Process & Technology at NIBC Bank, and Managing Consultant at Novisource N.V. - Bron van Excellente Mensen. Jasper also gained experience at Nationale-Nederlanden, WestlandUtrecht Bank, Centric, Nike, and Orange, where they held various roles in project management, sales, and agile product ownership.

Jasper Beekwilder-Janson has a diverse education history. From 2002 to 2003, they attended the Cisco Networking Academy to obtain a CCNA certification in Technische informatica / Computertechniek / Technische computerkunde. Jasper then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering (IT) at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2008. In 2007 and 2011, Jasper completed Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications in Project Management from ICM opleidingen & trainingen. In 2015, they obtained a Foundation & Practitioner certification in Management of Risk (MoR) from Cibit. Jasper furthered their knowledge in business process management by achieving a Green Belt certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in 2017. In the same year, they attended Nyenrode Business University for a course in Strategic Lean Leadership. Continuing their focus on information security, Jasper pursued an Information Security Manager (ISACA) certificate from Security Academy in 2018. Moving forward, in 2021, they undertook a course in Computer Science, CS50x, at Harvard University. Currently, Jasper is pursuing an Executive MsC Digital Transformation degree in Informatiewetenschappen (Information sciences) from TIAS School for Business and Society, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
