Michael Bates has been working in the recruitment industry for several years, starting as an Administrative Coordinator/Recruiter at Christian Horizons. Michael then moved on to positions at KO Business Solutions, first as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist. After a brief stint as a Recruiting Partner at Grey Search + Strategy, Michael returned to KO Business Solutions as the Hiring Solutions Advisor. With their Bachelor of Communication in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Illinois Springfield, Michael brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their role in connecting clients with top talent.
