Elise Krob has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, they began their career as a Development Associate at From the Top, where they managed communication, database, research, and solicitation functions of the Development department. Elise also supported fundraising events and collaborated with the Finance department for financial reporting.

In 2012, Elise joined the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as an Administrative Support Specialist I & II, where they provided specialized clinical scheduling and administrative support. Elise utilized their passion for process improvement to increase clinical efficiency and implemented organizational systems. Elise also took on an expanded role, preparing financial reports and orchestrating national conference logistics. Later, they became a Program Manager for the Center for Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology at the same institute, where they implemented operational functions and workflows and coordinated care with oncology teams, patients, and families.

Moving on to Boston Medical Center (BMC) in 2018, Elise served as an Operations Manager for the Center for Hematology and Medical Oncology & Multi-Specialty Clinic. Elise managed a team of 20 administrative and clinical support staff, created SOPs to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and implemented various improvements to clinic flow and patient safety. Elise also increased patient capacity through improved scheduling.

From 2019 to 2021, Elise took on the role of Performance Improvement Leader II, System Clinical Team at Northwestern Medicine. Here, they led a portfolio of system-wide clinical performance improvement initiatives. Elise applied process improvement and change management methodologies and facilitated collaborations to support EMR optimizations and advance clinical integration.

Currently, Elise is a Senior Project Manager, Crisis Prediction & Prevention at Koa Health, starting in April 2022.

Elise Krob completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bowdoin College from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Greenwich High School from 2002 to 2006. Elise also obtained various certifications including "Leading with Excellence," "Advanced Project Management," "Improvement Leader Training," "Excel for DMAIC," "Performance Improvement," "Process Improvement," and "Project Management" from Northwestern Medicine Academy and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute Project University, with completion dates ranging from 2016 to 2021.
