Jennifer Bowers

Jennifer Bowers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Jennifer recently joined Koa Health in 2021 as the General Counsel & Company Secretary. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Ascential from 2015 to 2021, starting as the Head of Legal (WGSN) and later becoming the Vice President, Legal. During their tenure, they provided legal support for large-scale events and digital ventures, advised senior executives, and managed legal operations.

Before joining Ascential, Jennifer worked at Tesco Stores Ltd from 2012 to 2015, where they led the clothing, general merchandise, online & digital legal team as the Senior Counsel. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included providing strategic advice, managing a team, and overseeing legal matters related to commercial contracts, intellectual property, and compliance.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Managing Associate at Linklaters from 2010 to 2012, and as an Associate from 2007 to 2010. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as an Associate and Trainee at Allen & Overy from 2003 to 2007.

Throughout their roles, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in areas such as corporate law, commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, and mergers and acquisitions. Jennifer has effectively managed legal risks, provided strategic guidance, and collaborated with global teams.

Jennifer Bowers received their LLB degree in Law from King's College London, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued further education at Nottingham Law School, from 2001 to 2002, and obtained a degree in LPC (Legal Practice Course), specializing in Law.
