A.J. Board has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. A.J. began their career in 2005 as a Property Administrator for CBRE, where they supported a Senior Property Manager in the operations of three commercial office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet. In 2007, they moved on to Carr Properties as an Assistant Property Manager. In 2008, they took on two roles simultaneously; Baseball Coach for KOA Sports and Vice President, Lease Forensics & Enforcement for Cresa Washington DC. In this role, they specialize in thoroughly examining clients' lease documents to assure that their lease and accompanying Operating Expense and Real Estate Tax pass-through expenses are being properly administered by the landlord, with total landlord overcharges found on the behalf of clients totaling $20M+. In 2015, they became Managing Partner for The Tenant Agency.

A.J. Board attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. A.J. then continued their education at Georgetown University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Masters in Real Estate Finance.
