Meghan Gaulin has a diverse work experience. Meghan began their career in 2010 as a Field Hockey Referee for Game Guardians. In 2013, they became a Sales Associate for Five Below. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Intern for Elite Players Tour and an Assistant to GM and Bartender for Cross Creek. In 2016, they began working as a Rec Field Hockey Coach for Koa Sports League and a Head Middle School Field Hockey Coach for Key School. In 2018, they took on the role of Tournament Site Supervisor for Howard County Recreation and Park. Most recently, they began working as a Regional Accounts Payable Clerk for TECTA AMERICA EAST LLC in 2022.

Meghan Gaulin obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Anne Arundel Community College in 2012-2014, a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Towson University in 2014-2016, a Master's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Troy University in 2016-2017, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they expect to complete in 2022.
