Caitlin Murphy

Caitlin Murphy serves as the Head of People and Culture at Kobalt.io since September 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous roles in human resources. At Elastic Path from May 2018 to September 2024, Caitlin held multiple titles, including Senior Manager, People & Culture, and contributed significantly to performance management and total rewards. Earlier roles include HR Advisor for E-Comm 9-1-1, Recruiter & HR Contractor at EiQ Networks, and Human Resources Generalist for Avanti Commerce, where Caitlin led comprehensive HR functions. Caitlin's career began at Sophos, where various positions showcased expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. Educationally, Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia.
