Allen Kronenberger, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Allen most recently served as the Senior Director of Business Affairs at Kobalt Music since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Law at The Fried Firm PLLC from April 2016 to September 2019. At The Fried Firm, they specialized in providing legal services for creative companies and individuals in the music industry, including drafting and negotiating music contracts, assisting production clients, and forming business entities.

Before joining The Fried Firm, Allen Kronenberger worked as an Attorney at The Law Office of Allen Kronenberger II, Esq. from October 2013 to March 2017. Additionally, they held the position of Director of Business and Legal Affairs/Licensing at Opus 1 Music from April 2014 to August 2015.

Allen began their educational journey in 2004 at The University of Georgia, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2009, Kronenberger continued their academic pursuit at the University of Miami School of Law from 2010 to 2013, culminating in the achievement of a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. During this time, they also pursued additional education at the University of Miami School of Music, completing a Masters in Music and Entertainment Business (M.M.) from 2012 to 2013.
