Frederica Wong is the current Director of Kobalt Music Publishing Asia Pacific. Frederica has over seven years of experience in the music industry, having worked previously as an Assistant Manager of A&R/Production Music and Creative Executive at Sony/ATV Music Publishing. Frederica is highly skilled in music production and has a keen ear for finding new talent. Frederica is also well-connected within the industry, which has helped their to secure some of Kobalt's biggest clients.

They work with Paul Hitchman - President, AWAL, Scott Farrant - Global Head of Operations, and Nestor Casonu - President, Kobalt Latin America. Their manager is Jeannette Perez, President & COO.
