Hugh Westcott

Hugh Westcott has extensive experience in the field of information management and technology. Hugh most recently worked at Kobalt Music as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they served as a Data Engineer at the same company. Before joining Kobalt Music, Hugh worked at City, University of London in various roles, including School Registrar, Acting Head of Academic Services, and Deputy School Registrar. Hugh also held positions such as Senior Course Officer and PG Office Manager at the university. Earlier in their career, Hugh worked as a COE Officer at the University of Sydney. With a strong background in information management and technology, Hugh has a wealth of experience in various aspects of academic and administrative operations.

Hugh Westcott obtained a Master's Degree in Data Science from City, University of London, from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Government, International Relations, and European Studies at the University of Sydney, spanning from 1996 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Hugh has also obtained several certifications in the field of data science and programming. These include certifications from DataCamp in Data Manipulation with Python track, Importing and Cleaning Data with Python Track, Machine Learning with Python, and Python Programming Track, obtained between January and March 2018.
