Ieuan Stanley

Ieuan Stanley has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Ieuan is currently working as a Senior Engineering Manager at Kobalt Music since October 2021. Previously, they held the position of Engineering Manager at ENSEK from October 2019 to September 2021, where they coordinated development efforts, implemented process changes, and fostered a culture of openness.

Ieuan also worked at Tickd as a Technical Lead/Manager from March 2020 to January 2021, where they were responsible for transitioning a proof-of-concept website to production readiness and release. Additionally, they mentored new hires and provided technical guidance to the Managing Director.

Prior to that, Ieuan worked at Impero Software as a Software Development Team Lead/Manager from March 2018 to October 2019, where they managed a team of developers, provided agile coaching, and ensured the on-time delivery of quality software. Ieuan gradually shifted to a more hands-off role to maximize effectiveness.

Before joining Impero Software, they worked at Innovation Group PLC as a Software Engineer from April 2015 to March 2018. Ieuan started as a Junior Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineer. Ieuan'sresponsibilities included refactoring applications for compatibility and developing new applications.

Ieuan also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Seagate Technology from April 2014 to April 2015, where they designed and developed automated manufacturing test processes and provided training and documentation to other teams. Prior to that, they worked at Xyratex as a Software Engineer from May 2012 to April 2014, focusing on software development and testing for production releases.

Ieuan began their career at Innogames GmbH as a Community Manager from June 2011 to September 2012. Ieuan managed beta-testing servers, provided customer service, and oversaw quality control and community feedback.

Throughout their career, Ieuan has demonstrated strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Ieuan Stanley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Trinity College Dublin, from 2007 to 2011.
