Landen Rosenbloom

Landen Rosenbloom is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in A&R, artist management, and analytics. Currently serving as Senior Director of A&R Research and Analytics at Kobalt Music since July 2025, Landen previously held the position of Director of A&R at Republic Records from June 2023 to April 2025. An independent artist manager from 2015 to 2023, Landen developed artists' sounds and brands while securing performance opportunities.
