Marco Almeida

Marco Almeida has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Marco is currently employed as a Senior Engineer at Kobalt Music since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sky Technology Centre - Portugal as a Developer from March 2017 to May 2022. Before that, they took a career break as a Freelance Traveller from July 2016 to March 2017. Marco also worked at Indra Sistemas, Portugal as a Systems Analyst from December 2009 to June 2016, where they gained experience in IT consulting, project management, and software development for various industries. Marco started their career at Inosat Consultoria e Sistemas S.A. as a Software Engineer from October 2006 to December 2009, and at Safira as a Software Engineer from August 2003 to October 2006.

Marco Almeida completed their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2003 at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Software Engineering. In addition, Marco obtained the ITIL v3 Foundation certification in June 2013 from the institution EXIN.
