Michael Horner

Michael Horner is currently the Senior Director of Synch Licensing Administration at Kobalt Music. Prior to their role at Kobalt, Michael has held positions such as Director of Synch Licensing Administration and Associate Director of Licensing Administration. Michael has extensive experience in music rights consulting, music contract specialist, and has worked with companies such as Disney Music Group, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Soundtrack Music Associates. Michael holds a BA in Music from the University of Oregon and has also attended the Bass Institute. Throughout their career, Michael has been involved in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing music agreements, as well as handling a wide variety of music rights issues.
