Morgan Brasfield has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Morgan began their career at Belmont University as a Call Center Representative in 2013. In 2014, they gained experience as an Intern for The Bobby Bones Show at Clear Channel Radio, where they posted show recaps and edited and uploaded podcasts. Morgan also volunteered at the Warner Music Nashville CMA Fest and at the Country Music Association Festival in the same year. Morgan then interned as a Brand Partnerships and Creative Sync Licensing Intern at Warner Bros. Entertainment, conducting research and making recommendations for potential partnerships with national brands.

In 2015, Morgan joined BMI as a member of the BMI Catalog Cast, where they worked with publishers to gather songs and create a compilation CD that was pitched to record labels. Morgan also interned at the Big Machine Label Group as an Artists & Repertoire Intern, organizing a database and researching new artist and songwriter talent. Additionally, they had a temporary role at Sony/ATV Music Publishing as a Global Royalties Coordinator, organizing and reconciling income statements. Morgan also worked as a Membership Representative at the Nashville Songwriters Association International, where they met with prospective and current members, hosted workshops, and provided feedback on songs. Morgan later became an Executive Assistant, managing the Executive Director's schedule and coordinating travel arrangements. Before leaving the company, they worked as a Receptionist, greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing schedules for three professional songwriting mentors.

Most recently, Morgan worked at Kobalt Music as a Creative Assistant, managing and pitching songs in the catalog, booking sessions, and handling finance-related tasks such as processing billing statements and tracking payments. Morgan then progressed to the role of Creative Manager, where they oversaw the signing of songwriters and publishing companies, negotiated contracts, and provided strategic management of songwriter calendars for direct clients and publishing company partner clients.

Morgan Brasfield attended Belmont University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Music Business.
