Shelly Zhao

Shelly Zhao is currently working as a People & Culture Business Partner at Kobalt Music since September 2020. Prior to this role, Shelly held positions at Essence from June 2017 to September 2020, where Shelly served as a Talent Operations Manager and held various roles related to talent development and culture coordination. Before joining Essence, Shelly worked at Goldman Sachs as a Learning and Development Coordinator from February 2016 to March 2017. Shelly graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Sociology.
