Carolina Gutierrez has a broad range of work experience, beginning with a six-month training program at Banco Los Andes ProCredit-Bolivia in 2014. During this program, they obtained certifications in Basic Math, Financial Math, Accounting, Client Profiling, and Ethics. In 2013, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Emasa Bolivia, where they prepared sales campaigns and marketing budgets, executed and presented market researches, and held events to launch new products. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at ProCredit Bank as a Business Client Advisor and Client Advisor, where they acquired Small & Medium business clients, identified a company's business model and possible financial needs, and executed an extensive financial analysis. Since 2017, they have been working at Yanbal as Coordinadora de Emprendedoras y Nuevas Directoras, where they create, implements, and analyzes nationwide sales strategies for sales channels assigned, develops sales strategies for new niches for LATAM, and leads each strategy's implementation coordinating activities with all areas involved. Currently, they are the Head of Go-To-Market Strategy at Koban since 2022.

Carolina Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra - UPSA in 2014, majoring in Finance, General. In 2020, they obtained a Certificación CEM Expert from IZO in Customer Experience Management.
