Rene Heegaard

Rene Heegaard is an IT coordinator at Københavns Kommune since January 2020, overseeing IT operations for five schools. Additionally, Rene has served as an IT coordinator at Pedagoisk IT since July 2016. Previous experience includes roles at Metroselskabet & Hovedstadens Letbane as a temporary IT-helpdesk worker in late 2015, where responsibilities included preparing PCs and mobile devices, and maintaining hardware documentation. In mid-2015, Rene worked as a servicedesk consultant for 3F – Fagligt Fælles Forbund, addressing IT support calls and documenting issues through Point of Business. A consultant role at Atea Danmark involved deploying PCs for Rambøll. Earlier career highlights include being an IT supporter at IO Interactive, providing first-line support, and a production planner at LSG Sky Chefs.
