Lidya Nelvita Aruan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lidya Nelvita began their career in 1997 as a Reservation & Ticketing Staff at PT Satriavi Tours and Travel in the Garuda Indonesia Group. Following that, they worked as a Flight Operation Officer & HRD Ass Supervisor at PT Jasadirga Citramandala - Cardig Air Group in the Ground Handling department, where they managed operational flights and created important documents. Lidya Nelvita then transitioned to PT Adhiakarsa Manunggal, an event organization company, where they served as an HRGA Ass. Supervisor, focusing on payroll and industrial relations. Currently, they are the Human Resources Dept Head at PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk, responsible for various HR tasks such as account payroll and employee tax.

Lidya Nelvita Aruan pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1994 to 1996, they attended STMT TRISAKTI, where they obtained a Diploma's degree in Air Transportation Management. Later, in the years 2006 and 2007, Lidya enrolled at STIE, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
