Stephanie Ouzts, MBA, has a strong background in technology and management. Stephanie is currently working as the Director of Technology at Kobie Marketing since November 2021. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Epsilon for over 21 years, where they held various roles such as Sr. Technical Manager, Technical Manager, Team Lead, and Sr. Software Engineer. Stephanie started their career at Michaels Stores, Inc. as a Systems Analyst in 1996.

Stephanie Ouzts, MBA, has a strong background in education, with a focus on Business Administration and Management as well as Computer Science. Stephanie pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin. Later, Stephanie went on to further enhance their knowledge and skills by earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas Women's University.
