Lucie Mathieu

Dr. Lucie Mathieu did her PhD at Trinity College Dublin (2010), worked on the Copper Cliff Offset dyke (Sudbury) prior working for the research and development group Consorem for 5 years, and was then hired as an assistant professor at UQAC as part of the Metal Earth project (2017-2022). Her research program integrates two important geoscience disciplines, economic geology and igneous petrology. Her research interests include the morphology of magmatic systems, the quantification of hydrothermal alteration, and the distribution of precious and base metals in Archean magmatic systems.
