Mahide Sondikme

Mahide Sondikme has been working in HR roles for various companies since 2006. Mahide currently serves as the HR Director at Koç University, where Mahide is responsible for organizational development, talent management, training processes, and corporate culture coordination. Prior to this, Mahide worked at TOFAS as the HR Method Development & Training Manager. Mahide holds a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
