Pascal van Teeffelen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pascal began their career as a Process Operator at DSM in 1996. Pascal then joined DuPont/INVISTA in 1996 and held various roles including R&D Manager, Operations resource, and Safety&Quality Manager. In 2006, Pascal moved to INVISTA/KOCH Industries as the Site Manager in Rozenburg. Pascal later joined Koch Industries in 2009, where they served as a Site Manager in Nebraska and Canada, and eventually became the Director of Operations for New Ventures. In 2017, they joined Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Compliance. Pascal also served as a Director on the Board of Directors for Nitro 2000 and PLNL in Trinidad & Tobago.

Pascal van Teeffelen completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in the period from 1988 to 1993. Pascal went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology from 1993 to 1996.
