Susan E. Parsons

Susan Parsons is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Koch Enterprises, Inc.

Susan is the Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer for Brake Supply, George Koch Sons, Koch Air, Gibbs Die Casting and South Western Communications. She is Treasurer of the Koch Foundation and Koch Holdings.

Susan is a Director of Audubon Metals, Brake Supply, George Koch Sons, Gibbs Die Casting, Koch Air, South Western Communications and the Koch Foundation.

Susan has been named chairman of the board of directors of the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. She currently serves as a Director of the YMCA board, Treasurer of the Signature School Board, Treasurer of the Signature School Foundation, Director of the USI Foundation, Director of the Evansville Police Foundation, University of Evansville Business School Advisory Committee and Director of the Federal Reserve Board Louisville Branch.

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant, and graduated with honors from Purdue University with a BSIM. Professional associations in which Susan participates include: Institute of Management Accountants, Indiana Society of CPAs and AICPA.
