Heather Bowman has over two decades of legal and regulatory experience, currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Environmental, Health, and Safety at Koch Industries since June 2010, and previously as Chief Counsel for Chemical Regulation. Prior to this role, Heather worked as Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP from May 2008 to June 2010, and held various positions at HP, including Business Policy Manager and Manager of Policy and Compliance from 2004 to May 2008. Earlier in their career, Heather served as Director of Environmental Policy and Deputy General Counsel at the EIA from January 2000 to August 2004. Heather holds a JD from Vermont Law and Graduate School (1995-1998) and has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh (1991-1995).
