Kristin Westgard

Kristin Westgard serves as the Vice President of Legal at Koch Capabilities LLC since July 2023 and has held various leadership roles within Koch Industries since August 2013, including Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Litigation. Previous positions include Associate General Counsel for Litigation and Intellectual Property at INVISTA from March 2010 to August 2013, and Senior Counsel at Koch Companies Public Sector LLC from January 2006 to March 2010, where Kristin managed complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Kristin's earlier professional experience includes Senior Counsel roles at Assurant Health and Dorsey & Whitney LLP, as well as an Associate position at Larkin Hoffman. Kristin possesses a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Wisconsin Law School, a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
