Monica Stopczynski

Monica Stopczynski is a seasoned Recruiting Manager at Koch Industries, responsible for leading a team supporting Flint Hills Resources, Koch Minerals & Trading, and Koch Ag and Energy Businesses since November 2018. With a strong background in talent solutions, Monica previously served as a Senior Talent Solutions Partner for Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Business, where strategic partnerships were developed to enhance talent strategies across over 40 manufacturing facilities. Additional experience includes mentoring recruiters and facilitating an ATS transition at Koch Global Services, as well as significant contributions to community and child development initiatives during a self-employed tenure. Prior roles in the mortgage and banking sectors further highlight Monica's capability in client relations and process improvement.
