Tom van der Burg

Tom van der Burg is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Leader EMEA at Koch since June 2020. Previously, Tom held roles at Guardian Industries as a Regional Compensation & Benefits Business Partner and at Eurofins as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, where responsibilities included designing and managing compensation strategies. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at International Paper, Philip Morris International, and TNT Express, with a focus on HR transformation, data analysis, and HR service delivery. Tom's educational background includes an MBA from Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK and degrees in International Relations and History from Utrecht University and Leiden University, respectively.
