Guillermo Martinez

Guillermo Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Kochava since October 2019, Guillermo provides technical support and oversees communication between departments regarding support documentation. Previously, at ISI Dublin from February 2011 to October 2019, responsibilities included managing sales and customer relations, becoming the primary contact for over 380 customers, and enhancing partnerships through marketing initiatives.
