Fernando Garcia

Fernando Garcia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles at Kodak Alaris and Eastman Kodak. As Director of Engineering at Kodak Alaris since June 2015, Fernando leads a $28M organization focused on agile software and hardware development for a $300M consumer photographic products business, overseeing a staff of over 140. Previous roles include Director of Software Engineering and Director of Retail Program Management, where Fernando implemented strategic planning and drove Agile processes across product lines. At Eastman Kodak, Fernando held various leadership positions, including Director of Strategy, Analytics, Planning and Operations, pioneering customer analytics to enhance business performance.
