Jon Waterhouse

Jon Waterhouse has extensive experience in information technology and project management, primarily at Eastman Kodak since 2001. As an SAP BI Design Steward and BI Project Lead, Jon led a multi-year SAP implementation project with a budget of $34 million, managing the entire project life cycle to ensure successful integration and annual payback of $6 million. In a dual role as European Business Integrator/Solutions Architect and Security Specialist, Jon provided IT consultancy to identify solutions and scope IT projects. Prior to this, Jon served as the Kodak Processing Labs Digital Systems Process Lead, integrating digital imaging systems across ten processing labs in Europe, and gained valuable experience as an IT Project Manager for European R&D, where Jon developed a highly regarded knowledge management application. Jon holds a first-class BSc in Theoretical Physics from The University of Edinburgh and further education from the University of Southampton.
