Melanie Marshall

Melanie Marshall serves as the Rochester Operations HSE Manager at Eastman Kodak Company, where leadership of a team of HSE Specialists supports research and development as well as manufacturing at the Rochester site, a position held since April 2019. Previously, Melanie held the role of Health, Safety and Environment Manager at SiGNa Chemistry Inc. from June 2016 to January 2022, overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance across various company functions. Prior experience includes serving as Product Stewardship Manager at Eastman Kodak Company from January 2013 to June 2016, focusing on regulatory and sustainability strategies for new products. Melanie holds an MS in Chemistry from the University of Rochester and a BS in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oswego.
