Violeta Barboza

Violeta Barboza serves as the Senior HR Manager for Latin America at Eastman Kodak Company since November 2019, overseeing the Human Resources organization's operation and providing strategic HR support. Prior to this, Violeta held HR roles at DSM, including HR Advisor for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, where leadership in implementing global HR processes and handling talent development was key. Violeta's experience also includes a position as Recruitment Business Partner at Korn Ferry Futurestep, serving DSM in LATAM, and various HR management roles at OPKO Health, Budget Rent a Car, and Laboratorios PiSA, with a focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and training. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Human Capital Management and a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Industrial Relations from Universidad Panamericana.
